We often wait for the right time to begin, the perfect moment, the right mindset. The truth is, there is NO right time when it comes to self confidence.
All that matters is that you begin. Maybe its saying that thing that’s been on your mind to your boss/partner/friend. It could be waking up 15 minutes earlier each day, starting an exercise regime or finally booking in with that Life coach before you are “ready”. It may seem like you need self confidence to begin first but the truth is the self confidence comes by starting before you are ready. You really don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. All you need is just start. In this blog I am going to show you how to act NOW and use my 5 simple steps to become confident even though you might think you are not ready today.
1. Imagine yourself 15 minutes after successfully completing your goal.
By visualising it all playing out in an exciting and compelling movie, you are literally coaching your unconscious mind to seek out a confident and happy experience for yourself. Knowing this, why would anyone do it any other way ??
2. Forge through uncomfortable feelings by acting straight away will lead you to self confidence.
Giving yourself little to no time to ruminate and overthink means you are far less likely to allow negative thoughts to take hold of you and prevent you from becoming the YOU with self confidence. Get out of your head and into action!
3. Model your behaviour on someone who oozes the self confidence you desire.
You become the sum total of the most 5 people you hang around with. Surround yourself with people who have the confident attributes and values that align with you. You will find yourself behaving more and more like them.
4. Dress for self confidence.
Nope its not about being egotistical or showy. Dressing in clothes that make you feel empowered will affect your energy, shift your mindset and that will propel your self confidence levels to new heights.
5. Baby steps
Yes teeny, tiny steps are much more likely to get you on your way to achieving self confidence. Of course most of us set ourselves up to fail with unrealistic expectations. The trick here is to be your own best friend and apply all that love and compassion you would to your friend directly to YOU!

Conclusion
Be true to yourself. Real confidence isn’t loud, its quiet and assertive.
You really can’t fake true confidence until you make it but you can be authentic in your endeavours to achieve natural confidence that will bring a magnetism like no other.

Here’s what Claire had to say…
What can I say about Be YOU Be Free? If I had to sum it up in two words – SIMPLY OUTSTANDING. I’ve been working hard on self-development for a number of years, since a bad relationship left me with no self-confidence and little trust in other people. But I hit a wall…… a brain block that I just couldn’t shift myself, no matter how hard I poked at it. I needed help. And I found it with Natalie and BYBF. Over the past few years I’ve been back to BYBF on a few occasions as my journey has hit that mental block with things my brain just didn’t want to acknowledge. Every time, I take huge giant moon leaps with Natalie. She is an expert in her craft – she knows just how to engage my fast-working brain, how to ask the right questions that get me thinking and within a few sessions, I’ve smashed through those blocks and I’m flying again. Sometimes it was uncomfortable (I believe you can’t achieve much unless you’re willing to ask yourself some hard questions), but Natalie ALWAYS made me feel safe enough to sit with those feelings until I worked past them. I have, and continue to recommend Natalie to anyone who needs some help in getting their wayward brain on track.Contact Natalie for your FREE TASTER session today
