Phobias and Fears

Irrational fears can come in many different forms ranging from a spider phobia to fear of touching paper to fearing eggs.

No-one is born with a phobia it is learnt behaviour. The unconscious mind stores the time the phobia was created. With hypnosis, nlp and time line therapy we can access the origin of the phobia so that the feelings of panic and terror are severely reduced and often eradicated altogether.

Some phobias can take just three sessions to resolve. However whatever your phobia, I can help you.
